- 3/5 cup milk
- 2/5 cup water
Put the milk into a pan and bring to a boil.
Put the water and agar into another pan. Mix and bring to a boil.
Add the sugar and hot milk to the pan. Mix together for about 30 seconds. Remove from heat and pour into a container. Chill for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
