ingredients:
- 300 ml milk
- 170 g strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi
- 5 g agar powder
- 40 g sugar
- 200 ml water

step 1:
Slice the strawberries.

step 2:
Peel the banana and slice.

step 3:
Peel the kiwi and slice.

step 4:
Put the milk into a pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

step 5:
Put the water and agar into another pan. Mix and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat.

step 6:
Add the sugar and hot milk to the water/agar mixture. Mix together for about 30 seconds. Remove from heat and pour into a container. Let this mixture cool down and add the fruit. Chill for 4 hours in the refrigerator.

This recipe is a colorfull dessert which uses three types of fruit. Because agar is low in calories, this dessert is very low calorie.
