Boil the milk, matcha powder and sugar in a pan. Stir 2 minutes on low heat. Add the agar and stir. Remove from heat. Let it cool off.
Whip the fresh cream with an electric whisk on high for about 2 minutes in a bowl. Add the matcha mixture and mix carefully with a spatula.
Pour into five cups. Chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
The balance of matcha powder and sugar is good. This is a simple and very delicious recipe.
