- 1 1/2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons gelatin
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 285 ml hot water
Melt the matcha powder with 45 ml hot water.
Add the remaining 240 ml hot water and mix. Add the gelatin and sugar and mix often. Pour into a small bowl and chill for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
The bitter taste of matcha mixed with sugar is delicious.
