ingredients:
- 1 1/2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons gelatin
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons hot water
- 1 cup hot water

step 1:
Melt the matcha powder with 3 tablespoons hot water.

step 2:
Add 1 cup hot water and mix. Add the gelatin and sugar and mix often. Pour into a small bowl and chill for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
