ingredients:
- 1/2 block of tofu
- 800 ml bonito soup stock
- 3 tablespoons white or red miso
- suitable amount green onion, spring onion or leek (optional)

step 1:
Cut the tofu into 1 cm. cubes. Chop the chive into small pieces.

Boil bonito soup stock and add tofu.

After boiling, put some stock into a ladle. Add the miso and stir with chopsticks until it is dissolved. Stir into the soup. Remove from heat.

Serve in individual bowls. Chop green onion (or spring onion, or leek) (optional) into small pieces. Sprinkle on the miso soup.
