ingredients:
- 1/2 block tofu
- 60 g Alfredo sauce
- 10 g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter

step 1:
Wrap the tofu in a paper towel. Heat in a microwave oven for 2 minutes to remove the water. Cut the tofu block in half lengthwise. Then cut each half across 1 time. Finally, place the knife half way down the side of the block and slice across to form 8 bite-size pieces.

step 2:
Heat the butter in a frying pan over a low flame. Add the tofu, salt and pepper. After searing for a couple of minutes, turn over. Sear for the same amount of time.

step 3:
Add the Alfredo sauce and cheese. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add the parsley.

comment:
Alfredo sauce suits tofu, which has a light taste. This dish is healthier than its usual meat counterpart because tofu has high protein and is low calorie.
