Wash the tofu block lightly.
Cut the tofu block in half lengthwise.
Then cut each half across 3 times.
Finally, place the knife half way down the side of the block and slice across to form 16 bite-size pieces. Serve the tofu in 4 dishes.
Pour 1/2 tablespoon olive oil over each dish of tofu. Pour soy sauce or sprinkle salt over each serving.
This dish is very simple. If you use salt instead of soy sauce, the flavor becomes Italian.
