ingredients:
- 300 g glutinous rice
- 300 g boneless chicken thigh
- 170 g carrots
- 300 ml bonito & sea tangle soup stock, bonito soup stock or water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
step 1:
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
step 2:
Peel and cut the carrots into julienne slices.
step 3:
Wash the rice and drain the water. Leave the rice in a strainer 1 hour to completely remove all the water. Place into the rice cooker. Add the soup stock (or water), chicken, carrots and soy sauce. Switch on the rice cooker.
After cooking, wait 5 minutes before stirring the rice mixture.
comment:
Chicken and carrots are tossed with sticky rice, so this dish alone is delicious. This dish can be also made into delicious rice balls.
