- 2 servings steamed rice
- 90 g onion
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- suitable amount fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- a little salt
- a little pepper
step 1:
Chop the onion and parsley. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan on mideum heat.
step 2:
Add the onions and cook until they become clear.
step 3:
Add the rice, salt and pepper, and mix while cooking for a minute.
step 4:
Add the butter and stir. Remove from heat and serve on two plates.
Sprinkle parsley on top of the seared rice mixture.
