- 2 servings steamed rice
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons soup stock powder (chicken, chinese or bonito) (optional)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons salad oil
- a little salt
- a little pepper
step 1:
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
step 2:
Add the oil, eggs and cold rice in a frying pan. Cook for 5 minutes while stirring on medium-low heat.

Add the soup stock powder (optional), salt, pepper and soy sauce, and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat. Place on 2 serving dishes.
