ingredients:
- 200 g boneless chicken breast
- 120 g onion
- 30 g canned green peas
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 servings cold steamed rice
- a little salt
- a little pepper
step 1:
Chop the onion and cut the chicken into bite-size pieces (3 cm. × 3 cm.).
step 2:
Heat the butter in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the chicken. After it changes color, add the chopped onions and sear again for 2 minutes.
step 3:
After the chopped onions become clear, add the cold rice. Sear while mixing for 3 minutes.
step 4:
Mix in the ketchup, green peas, salt and pepper, and sear for another minute.
Serve in a dish.
