ingredients:
- 12 shrimps
- 2 eggs
- 20 g long green onion or leek
- 2 servings cold steamed rice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons soup stock powder (chicken, Chinese or bonito) (optional)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons salad oil
- a little salt
- a little pepper
step 1:
Hull, shell, tail and devein the shrimps. Wash them. Chop the green onion (or leek). Beat the eggs in a bowl.
step 2:
Heat 1 tablespoon of the salad oil in a frying pan (or wok). Add the shrimps. Saute on medium heat. After they change color, remove from the pan.
step 3:
In order to prevent the rice from becoming sticky, preheat the pan without oil for 1 minute on high heat. Then, add the remaining oil, eggs and cold rice and mix. Cook for one minute on high heat.
step 4:
Add the shrimps and green onion (or leek), and mix while cooking for another minute.
step 5:
Add the soup stock powder (optional), salt, pepper and soy sauce, and stir on high heat for another minute.
Serve in a dish.
