Dumplings Curry Soup

  • 60 g carrot
  • 80 g spinach
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 800 ml chicken broth or soup stock
  • a little salt
Step 1

step 1:

Slice the carrot as shown in the pictures. Cut off the stems of the spinach and cut into about 5 cm. wide pieces.

Prepare the stock in a pot. Bring to a boil and add the dumplings and carrot. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 4 minutes.

Add the spinach, curry powder and salt and cook for about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.

The dumplings and curry soup are a tasty combination. The soup soaks into the dumpling wrappers and they become very soft and delicious.
