ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1/6 ounce dried hijiki
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups water for soaking

step 1:
Soak the dried hijiki in the 2 cups of water in a bowl for 30 minutes. Remove and drain.

step 2:
Beat the eggs, and mix with the hijiki, salt, pepper and soy sauce in a bowl.

step 3:
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the egg mixture.

step 4:
Stir-fry until done.
