ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 ounces onion
- 2 servings (11 ounces) steamed rice
- 1/2 cup bonito soup stock
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet sake for seasoning (mirin)

step 1:
Slice the onion very thinly.

step 2:
Boil the bonito soup stock, soy sauce, and mirin in a frying pan. Add the sliced onions.

step 3:
Beat the eggs. After the onions become soft, add the eggs to the frying pan.

step 4:
Cook until the eggs are your favorite consistency.

Place over the steamed rice.
