Scrambled Eggs with Beef & Spinach
Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 1/2 ounces thinly sliced beef
  • 2 ounces fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salad oil
Step 1

Cut the beef into bite-size pieces. Cut off the stems of the spinach and cut into about 1 in. wide pieces.

Beat the eggs, and mix with the soy sauce in a bowl.

Heat the salad oil in a frying pan. Add the beef and spinach. Stir over medium heat a couple of minutes.

Add the egg mixture. Stir-fry until done.
