ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- a suitable amount soy sauce
- 2 1/2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 tablespoon salad oil

step 1:
Heat a frying pan on medium flame and add the oil. Add the eggs.

step 2:
After the white of the eggs changes color, pour the water around the eggs and cover the pan. Heat for 1 minute until the surface of the yolk becomes white. If you want harder eggs, cook longer.

Pour the soy sauce over the eggs.
