- 120 g mashed sweetened red bean
- (anko)
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 1 1/2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 140 g whipped cream

step 1:
Mix the whipped cream and matcha powder.

step 2:
Spread the matcha whipped cream on the bread slices.

step 3:
Place half of the mashed sweetened red bean (anko) on one slice of bread, and cover with the second slice of bread.

step 4:
