- 2 eggs
- 120 g cake flour
- 200 g mashed sweetened
- red bean paste (anko)
- 80 g whipped cream
- 80 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons sweet sake for seasoning (mirin)
- 35 ml water
step 1:
Sift the flour. Beat the eggs and the sugar in a bowl with a beater about 1 minute.

Add the sweet sake for seasoning (mirin), baking soda and 5 ml of water and mix.

Add the flour and mix about 1 minute. Set aside for 20 minutes to let it rise.
