tofu & cauliflower potage soup

- Japanese: Tōfu to karifurawā no potājyu-sūpu
- 1/2 block of tofu
- 1/2 or 8 ounces cauliflower
- 1 2/3 cups chicken broth or soup stock
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- suitable amount chopped parsley or chervil
Cut the cauliflower and tofu into pieces that will boil quickly.
Boil the chicken broth (or soup stock), cauliflower and tofu for fifteen minutes on medium heat in a pot. Place the boiled cauliflower, tofu and soup in a blender or mixer, and mix very well.
Pour the mixture in the pot again and heat. Add the salt.
Sprinkle with the chopped parsley (or chervil).
This recipe is very easy, but has a high-quality taste.
