Rolled Tofu with Bacon
Ingredients

ingredients:

  • 1/2 block of tofu
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/3 ounce butter
Step 1

step 1:

Wrap the tofu in a paper towel. Heat in a microwave oven for 2 minutes to remove the water. Cut the tofu into bite-size pieces.

Cut the bacon in half.

Wrap the bacon around the tofu.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and sear the rolled tofu about 2 minutes on each side on medium heat.

Add the soy sauce and sear.

The rich taste of the bacon suits the lightness of the tofu. The butter and soy sauce taste soaks into the bacon and tofu, making this a very delicious dish.
