Chilled Tofu with Pork Shabu-Shabu
Ingredients

ingredients:

  • 1 block of tofu
  • 3 1/2 ounces thinly sliced pork
  • suitable amount sliced green onion or leek (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons ponzu soy sauce
  • 3 1/3 cups water
Step 1

step 1:

Pour the water into a pan. Bring to a boil and add the pork. Bring to a boil again and, after the pork changes color, remove and drain it in a colander.

Cut the tofu block in half lengthwise. Then cut each half across 3 times. Finally, place the knife half way down the side of the block and slice across to form 16 bite-size pieces. Place the tofu in four dishes

Put the pork on the tofu. Sprinkle the sliced green onion or leek (optional) over it. Pour the ponzu soy sauce over each dish.
