Wash the green soybeans and drain them.
Rub the green soybeans with salt in a bowl.
Bring plenty of water to a boil, and add the green soybeans. Bring to a boil again, and boil for three to four minutes.
Drain soybeans in a colander and let them cool.
Serve the green soybeans in a dish. Sprinkle them with salt if preferred. This dish goes together well with beer. It also said to help prevent a hangover.
