ingredients:
- 1 1/2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 5/6 cup milk
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
- 1 1/3 teaspoons agar
- 1 ounce sugar
step 1:
Boil the milk, matcha powder and sugar in a pan. Stir 2 minutes on low heat. Add the agar and stir. Remove from heat. Let it cool off.
step 2:
Whip the fresh cream with an electric whisk on high for about 2 minutes in a bowl. Add the matcha mixture and mix carefully with a spatula.
step 3:
Pour into five cups. Chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
