ingredients:
- 2 rice papers
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 2 ounces mashed sweetened red bean paste
- 1/2 ounce whipped cream
- 2 cups water for soaking rice papers
step 1:
Peel the kiwis and slice.
step 2:
Pour the 2 cups water into a bowl. Put a rice paper into the water and soak about 20 seconds. Place it on a cutting board with the rough surface up and wipe dry with a paper towel.
step 3:
Put the mashed sweetened red bean paste on the lower part of the rice paper. Spread the whipped cream over it.
step 4:
Roll the rice paper over the ingredients one time. Fold the left and right sides of the rice paper in. Roll once more, leaving enough room for the kiwi slices.
step 5:
Place the kiwi slices on the remaining part of the rice paper. Roll it over once to complete the spring roll. Repeat from Step 2 to make the remaining roll.
step 6:
Cut the rolls in half and serve.
