- 1/2 block of tofu
- 1/2 or 8 ounces cauliflower
- 1 2/3 cups chicken broth or soup stock
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- suitable amount chopped parsley or chervil
step 1:
Cut the cauliflower and tofu into pieces that will boil quickly.
step 2:
Boil the chicken broth (or soup stock), cauliflower and tofu for fifteen minutes on medium heat in a pot. Place the boiled cauliflower, tofu and soup in a blender or mixer, and mix very well.
step 3:
Pour the mixture in the pot again and heat. Add the salt.
Sprinkle with the chopped parsley (or chervil).
