ingredients:
- 1/2 block tofu
- 1/2 ounce anchovies
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- suitable amount soy sauce (optional)
step 1:
Cut the tofu block in half lengthwise. Then cut each half across 1 time. Finally, place the knife half way down the side of the block and slice across to form 8 bite-size pieces.

Chop the anchovies into thin pieces.
step 3:
Sprinkle the tofu with the chopped anchovies. Pour 1/2 tablespoon olive oil over each dish of tofu. Pour soy sauce (optional).
