  • 2 1/2 ounces canned tuna
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salad oil

Beat the eggs, and mix with the soy sauce in a bowl.

If using canned tuna with oil, drain the oil. Add the tuna to the bowl and mix.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the egg mixture. Stir fry until desired thickness.
