- 3 eggs
- 3 ounces fermented soybeans (nattō)
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
- suitable amount soy sauce (optional)
step 1:
Beat the eggs, and mix in the salt and pepper.
step 2:
Mix the fermented soybeans (nattō) about twenty times until stringy and sticky.
step 3:
Mix the egg mixture and fermented soybeans.
step 4:
Heat the oil on medium heat in a frying pan and add the mixture.
step 5:
Because the egg is cooked soon, immediately fold it. Remove from the heat.
Place on a plate. Pour soy sauce over it, if desired.
