- 1 serving japanese curry & rice
- 1 serving steamed rice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- a little salt
- a little pepper
step 1:
Beat the eggs, and mix in the salt and pepper.
step 2:
Heat the butter on medium heat in a frying pan and add the egg mixture. Place the steamed rice on top of the egg mixture.
step 3:
Because the egg is cooked soon, immediately fold it over the rice. Remove from the heat.
Pour the cooked curry sauce over the rice stuffed omelet.
