- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 quart water for boiling eggs
step 1:
Mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar and sugar.
step 2:
Pour the 1 liter water into a pan and add the eggs. Boil the eggs on medium heat for 15 minutes (10 to 12 minutes if you like creamy yolks). Remove the boiled eggs from the pan and shell them.
step 3:
Pour the soy sauce mixture into a plastic bag for cooking or into a container. Add the eggs and chill for about 3 hours in the refrigerator. During that time, turn the bag or container of eggs a couple of times to make sure the coloring and seasoning is distributed evenly.

We have already posted a recipe for seasoned boiled eggs. Vinegar is good to consume during the summer heat as it relieves fatigue. This recipe is also refreshing and delicious.
