step 1:
Cut off the roots of the shimeji mushrooms.

step 2:
Beat the eggs, and mix with the soy sauce in a bowl.

step 3:
Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the shimeji mushrooms. Stir over medium heat a couple of minutes.

step 4:
Add the egg mixture. Stir fry until done.

comment:
The butter soaks into the eggs and shimeji mushrooms and the good taste spreads in the mouth. The soy sauce is a good accent.
