- 1/4 block of tofu
- 1 1/2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 2/3 cup water
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 4 crackers
- something green (e.g., parsley, basil)
Put the 1 2/3 cup of water and the tofu in a pan. Boil for 7 minutes. Drain the tofu in a colander and let it cool.
Mash the tofu with a spoon or a rubber spatula. Add the cream cheese, salt and pepper, and mix.
Place a suitable amount of the mixture (Step 2) on each cracker. Decorate with something green.
