- 2 ounces lump of beef
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- a little salad oil
- suitable amount mozzarella cheese
Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the meat. Pan-broil the meat. Add soy sauce and pan-broil for another few minutes.
Slice the meat 1/3 in. cubes. Place a suitable amount cheese on the meat. Insert a stick into each cube.
