ingredients:
- 300 g raw tuna
- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons potato starch (katakuriko)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
step 1:
Cut the tuna into bite-size pieces. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, then peel. Cut each half into 1 cm. wide slices.
step 2:
Dust the avocado slices lightly with a little potato starch (katakuriko).
step 3:
Slice the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a low flame and sear the sliced garlic.
step 4:
After the sliced garlic changes color, sear the tuna for a couple of minutes.
step 5:
Add the avocado and sear on both sides for a total of a minute.
step 6:
Add the sugar and soy sauce and sear one more minute.
