ingredients:
- 100 g fusilli
- 10 g dried hijiki
- 3 slices ham
- 120 g cucumbers
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- a little salt
- 250 ml water for soaking hijiki
- 1 liter water for boiling fusilli
optional:
- 60 g corn
- 70 g sliced onion
step 1:
Soak the dried hijiki in the 250 ml of water in a bowl for 30 minutes. Remove and drain. Squeeze out any excess water with your hands.
step 2:
Thinly slice the cucumbers. Cut the ham into bite-size pieces.
step 3:
Pour the 1 liter of water into a pan. Bring to a boil and add the fusilli. After boiling, drain the fusilli in a colander.
step 4:
Put the fusilli, hijiki, cucumbers, ham, salt and mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix them.

This is a very light salad. If you like, add corn or onion.
