ingredients:
- 2 cod fillets
- 20 g shimeji mushrooms
- 5 g dried wakame
- suitable amount soy sauce
- 20 g butter
- 240 ml water for soaking dried wakame
step 1:
Pour the 240 ml water into a bowl and soak the wakame for 5 to 20 minutes until desired softness. Drain. If using whole type wakame, cut into 0.5 cm. pieces. Squeeze the water from the wakame with your hands.
step 2:
Cut off the roots of the shimeji mushrooms.
step 3:
Wrap the cod fillets, the wakame, shimeji mushrooms and the butter in separate pieces of aluminium foil.
step 4:
Put the wrapped cod fillets in a frying pan and cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and place on a serving plate.
step 5:
Open up the foil and pour a suitable amount of soy sauce over everything.
