step 1:
Put 120 g simmered hijiki rice on a square of plastic wrap.

comment:
Rice balls are almost always made by adding salt and other ingredients to plain rice. In this recipe, already simmered hijiki rice is used. Even if this rice ball cools off, it is still delicious.
