- 1 ripe avocado
- 4 slices ham
- 3 1/2 ounces macaroni
- 2 teaspoons wasabi (japanese horseradish)
- 2 ounces mayonnaise
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 1 quart water (for boiling macaroni)
step 1:
Cut the avocado and ham into bite-size pieces.
step 2:
Pour the 1 liter of water into a pan. Bring to a boil and add the macaroni. After boiling, drain the macaroni in a colander.
step 3:
Mix the wasabi (Japanese horseradish) and mayonnaise in a bowl. Add the avocado, ham, macaroni, salt, pepper and mix.
