- 3 eggs
- 100 g cabbage
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- suitable amount ketchup
step 1:
Beat the eggs. Slice the cabbage.
step 2:
Heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the cabbage on medium heat. Add the salt and pepper and stir until wilted. Remove from the frying pan.
step 3:
Heat the remaining olive oil on medium heat in the frying pan and add the eggs. Place the fried cabbage on top of the eggs.
step 4:
Because the eggs are cooked soon, immediately fold them over the fried cabbage. Remove from the heat.
Place on a plate and pour ketchup over it and serve.
