- 2 eggs
- 50 g frozen green soybeans
- 5 g dried hijiki
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 500 ml water for soaking hijiki
- a little olive oil
step 1:
Soak the dried hijiki in the 500 ml of water in a bowl for 30 minutes. Remove and drain.
step 2:
Defrost the frozen green soybeans, and shell them.

Beat the eggs, and mix with the green soybeans, hijiki, salt, pepper and soy sauce in a bowl.
