Japanese seasonings are very important for me because I grew up in Japan eating Japanese food. Even though I now live in America and eat foreign food, I sometimes add a little Japanese seasonings to my food, for example, soy sauce, to pasta. My American husband laughs about that; however, I enjoy Japanese taste on my food very much. Nowadays, it is lucky that we can get Japanese food easily even if it's a little expensive because of the popularity of Japanese food here in America.
