- 1 1/2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons gelatin
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 280 ml hot water

step 1:
Melt the matcha powder with 30 ml hot water.

step 2:
Add the remaining 250 ml hot water and mix. Add the gelatin and sugar and mix often. Pour into a small bowl and chill for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
