ingredients:
- 1 ounce raw tuna
- 1 ounce Japanese radish
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce

step 1:
Slice the Japanese radish very thinly. Cut into quarters.

step 2:
Slice the tuna into 4 cubes.

step 3:
Marinate each side of the tuna in soy sauce for about 20 minutes.

step 4:
Place one tuna cube on each the Japanese radish quarter. Insert a stick.
