- 4 scallops
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
step 1:
Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the scallops and pan-broil on each side on medium heat (about 5 minutes). Add soy sauce and pan-broil for another 3 minutes on one side only.
step 2:
Insert a stick into each scallop.
