tomato & wakame with ginger & vinegar

ingredients:

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried wakame
  • 1 cup water for soaking dried wakame
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • a little soy sauce
  • a little salt

step 1:

Pour the water into a bowl and soak the wakame for 5 to 20 minutes until desired softness. Drain. If using whole type wakame, cut into 1/4 in. pieces.

step 2:

Squeeze the water from the wakame with your hands.

step 3:

Cut the tomato into 8 sectors.

step 4:

Put the tomato and wakame in a bowl.

step 5:

Add the ginger, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and salt. Mix them.
