seared cabbage & ground meat with soy sauce

ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cabbage
  • 7 ounces ground beef or pork
  • a litle salt
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

step 1:

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and wash.

step 2:

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium flame and add the ground meat. Sear until it changes color.

step 3:

Add the cabbage. Sear and sometimes stir for a couple of minutes. Add the soy sauce and salt, and stir.

comment:

Frying the cabbage makes it sweeter and softer to eat. Adding ground meat and soy sauce for seasoning to the cabbage makes it even better.
