seared beef & asparagus with soy sauce

ingredients:

  • 7 ounces thinly sliced beef
  • 3 ounces asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • a little salt
  • a little pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salad oil

step 1:

Cut the beef into bite-size pieces. Cut off the roots of the asparagus 1 in. from the end and slice diagonally.

step 2:

Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the beef and asparagus for about 5 minutes, sometimes stirring.

step 3:

Add the salt, pepper and soy sauce. Saute for 1 more minute.
