seared scallops & napa cabbage with soy sauce

ingredients:

  • 6 raw scallops
  • 1/2 pound napa cabbage
  • (Chinese cabbage)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salad oil
  • a little salt
  • a little pepper

step 1:

Cut the napa cabbage (Chinese cabbage) into bite-size pieces.

step 2:

Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over a low flame and sear the scallops on each side a couple of minutes. Remove from the pan.

step 3:

step 4:
